She has been teaching yoga full time for over 10 years, trained with STOTT Pilates in 2021 and is currently training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy with Steve Haines and Jane Shaw of Body College. BCST is a gentle non doing touch therapy that reminds the body of it’s inherent wisdom and capacity to heal.

  • Tracey’s integrated teaching approach is influenced by the Iyengar system and her classes, delivered with humour and a light touch - are designed to awaken the inherent strength of the body from deep within.

She has facilitated transformative retreats across Europe and had the privilege of supporting people through life changing journeys of growth and expansion. She is hugely passionate about building community and making these practices accessible for the good of all as we weather the storms ahead. This is the foundation that The Heart Space is built upon.

Using movement, rest and ritual, Tracey guides people home to their bodies and our living breathing Great Mother Earth and, to the ultimate truth that we are all souls, interwoven from the same golden threads and fabric of sky and nature that sustain life on this beautiful planet we call home.

She is hugely grateful to her teacher Claudia Dossena and past teachers Anna Ashby (Restorative) and Tony Watson (Pilates and Somatic movement) and Naomi Annand who have all supported and informed her teaching along the way.

Leela Miller

Teacher | Facilitator

Leela has been teaching yoga since 1986.

While Sivananda is her spiritual lineage, she has managed her physical challenges through ongoing study of Iyengar yoga since 1994. Leela has a particular interest in managing joint hyper-mobility, as well as glaucoma, through expanded yoga practices and meditation.

In 2010, Leela qualified in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, a gentle hands on touch therapy that helped her attune to the dynamic stillness at the source of all movement and healing. This led her to qualify as a Satyananda Yoga Nidra teacher and a restorative yoga teacher through Judith Lasater exploring further where these subtle principles naturally express themselves.

  • Leela regards yoga as a spiritual practice and a healing art and a way to explore our true nature. Yoga is one of the most meaningful and intimate journeys one can take and Leela feels privileged to support her students on this path along the way.   She teaches all levels and walks of life in the UK and overseas.
