Our Story
The Heart Space is a long held vision of a new but ancient way and world, that we know in our bones is possible; a collaborative, inclusive and unified world where all beings belong. A community in the true sense of the word, where we, far greater than the sum of our parts, tend to the whole. Where we witness and are witnessed in the full spectrum of our experience - not left to feel it alone behind closed doors. Where we hold the grief, joy, love and heartbreak together as a community.
We are a community of teachers, practitioners and facilitators with a wealth of experience in yoga, movement, bodywork and holistic practices. We are sowing seeds of love for a conscious heart led community to blossom and pour love into our wider community and world. Together we offer 20+ weekly classes and workshops including Pay what you Can Community Classes, Meditation, Monthly Community Gatherings, Talking, Grief and Singing Circles, Ritual and more.
Having trained in Yoga, Shamanism, Andean Mysticism and Energy Healing, we have been shaped by Indigenous Cultures and world view. We know that we are all kin, human and non, woven from the same earth and stars. And, so, we each have a responsibility to live in sacred reciprocity - a principle known as Ayni in the Andean Tradition - with each other, our Earth and all of creation.
Birthed from the sale of our founder Tracey’s ancestral home following her Mum’s death, The Heart Space is a gift from, and to, her wonderful parents.

Accessibility is at the heart of what we offer at The Heart Space.
We offer a sliding scale model to make our offerings available to and for the good of all. Our standard class prices of £16-£18 is lower than most other studios and we offer a supporter rate if you’d like to support the community on occasion and a supported rate of £12 for students, unwaged, those in receipt of benefits or that feel they need this.
If this is still prohibitive, we have community classes every week that allow you to pay what you can genuinely afford.
The Heart Space is a collaborative offering. Teachers and the studio split the revenue for each class so you are directly supporting your teacher and the studio.
This allows us to to keep serving you from a place of fullness and keep the door of the heart space open and the lights shining within.
